I LOVE cookbooks - for the potential of delicious food that I may/may not ever get around to making. A recent favourite is Eric Kim’s Korean American. His stories are so good and heartwarming!
I just realised that I did skim through Korean American without knowing who Eric Kim was a couple of months back. But now I realise who he is. It didn't really stick out to me but I must revisit it and pay more attention! I love watching his videos on NYT Cooking's youtube channel.
